No. The session fee covers the session. If you would rather take the written spec elsewhere, take it. It is written in ordinary units that any competent builder can work from. We would obviously prefer to build it, but the paper is yours either way.

A single-club session runs sixty to ninety minutes depending on the club. A full-set session is closer to three hours and we schedule a break in the middle, because tired swings produce numbers that are not worth writing down.

Yes, the whole bag if you can carry it. The audit of what you already own is included and it is often the most useful twenty minutes of the visit. It is also the fastest way for us to see whether the problem is the clubs or something else.

Then that is the answer and we say it. Roughly one visit in five ends with a lie adjustment, a length trim and fresh grips instead of a purchase. You still leave with the written record of what you own.

No. We buy on open account and carry no quota, which means nothing on our rack has to move by a deadline. If the right head for you is one we do not stock, we will order it or tell you where to get it.

A launch monitor in the bay reads speed, launch, spin and face contact. We treat it as one instrument among several, not as an oracle. Impact tape, foot spray on the sole and the sound of the strike all get weighed alongside the screen.

No. Bring anything we built back at any point and we will put it on the machine and confirm it still holds spec. Forged heads move over time, particularly if they get dropped on cart paths, and we would rather know.

Yes, and most of our bench hours go to exactly that. Adjustments, regrips, shaft pulls, length changes and swingweight corrections are all done on other people's clubs every week.

Ten days is typical, longer in February and March when everyone remembers their clubs at once. Walk-in repairs are usually possible late in the day Thursday and Friday without an appointment.

Yes, and it is real fitting rather than a cut-down adult set. Junior builds get the same written record. We re-measure growing players free for the first two years because a junior spec has a short shelf life.

It does not leave the bench. If a build comes out beyond our tolerance window it gets pulled apart and redone at our cost, and the record shows the second attempt. That is the entire reason we measure twice.
